This role is dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting clients with recovery, return to work, and lifestyle post-injury or illness;
2. Conducting assessments and managing cases across diverse portfolios;
3. Supporting clients to recover and return to pre-injury or new employment using your clinical expertise;
4. Developing leadership skills through mentorship, team development, and training;
5. Building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
About You:
* Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist with relevant professional membership;
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
* Honesty, integrity, a positive team attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
