The VCAA is a statutory body responsible to the Victorian Minister for Education, serving both government and non-government schools. We provide high quality curriculum, assessment and reporting for all Victorian student's birth to 18 years. An exciting opportunity exists to join the Assessment and Reporting Division in the Centre Management Unit for a fixed term full-time position till 15 April 2026. * Salary: $60,295 - $77,430 (Plus Superannuation of 12%) * Fixed term till 15/04/2026 * Usual hours of work: Full time * Usual work location: Coburg Assessment Centre Centre Management is responsible for the management of the VCAA Assessment Centre which provides facility to support to Division operations including training meetings and VCE external assessment processing. Role purpose The Project Support Officer is responsible for (but not limited to): * Front of Office and reception duties, administer and preside over a comprehensive meeting and events calendar for users of the VCAA Assessment Centre Coburg. * Maintain the VCAA Assessment Centre Photo ID and Building access card security System. * Customer service: provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional demeanour * Safety and compliance: adhere to safety regulations (OHS), traffic laws, and VCAA policies and guidelines to ensure safe transportation of packages * Administrative tasks: log all Building facility faults and issue, maintain records and perform other administrative duties as required * Event support: Assist with setting up and removing equipment for events and functions.
