**The Role**
Hudson has partnered with a high profile government agency looking for a Property Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of property management for their commercial properties, staff housing and government engagement centres.
**Duties**:
- Day to day management of the properties
- Liaison with the Property Service provider
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Leasing under the Department of Finance rules and guidelines, working towards best practice and full compliance with the rules
- Contract management of minor and major capital projects
- Brief and bid writing
- Staff training, development and mentoring
- Understanding and interpreting legislation relevant to the property portfolio
- Supporting and back filing the team leadership
- Compliance with, and action and advice on WHS legislation in the individuals workplace as well as the broad property portfolio
- Managing junior staff
