We are looking to recruit a Digital Activation Manager in our Luxe Division.
In this newly created position you will take ownership of online activation planning, digital product catalogue management, execution of e-merchandising and animation plans for e-retail and D2C channels across our portfolio of brands.ABOUT THE JOBBuild a holistic understanding of the customer and how our brands can accelerate recruitment within e-retails platformAssist on the e-promotional calendars, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerceLead PDP excellence and share best practice across the divisionEnsure A+ content is being optimised and updated to improve conversion ratesRegularly review existing content for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness, making necessary updates or revisions.Track key content metrics like conversion rates, click-through rates, and organic search rankings, reporting on content performance to stakeholders.Proficiently use e-retail platforms for managing product listings, advertising campaigns, and other content-related activitiesManage, analyse and draw conclusions on specific e-commerce KPIsWork closely with our media managers & agencies to determine the best in class "search" results for our products, using qualitative content to leverage media investments and social presence.Drive the relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand's own digital activities and those of the online retailerWork closely with other internal departments (supply, category management, media, finance & marketing) to define the consumer experience, e-merchandising strategies & performance media driversABOUT YOUPrevious experience within a similar B2B E-Merchandising/ Digital Marketing roleYou bring a proactive & entrepreneurial mindset, willing to strategically identify innovative opportunities as well as drive their end-to-end execution to deliver success in a dynamic environment.Strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with other stakeholdersStrong time management and attention to detailABOUT THE PERKSLife insurance and Income ProtectionHybrid working environment.
