This role offers an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to providing support and guidance through comprehensive assessments, referrals, and crisis accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough client assessments, focusing on personal strengths, identified risks, and goals.
* Provide accurate information on housing options, tenancy legislation, and allied service systems.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, particularly when liaising with real estate agents and housing providers.
* Coordinate crisis accommodation using resources such as the Housing Establishment Fund (HEF) and Private Rental Brokerage.
* Support clients in navigating various service systems and accessing appropriate gateways.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including community agencies and government services, as directed by the Program Coordinator and Principal Practitioner.
