As part of our continued growth and refinement, we are looking for experienced and passionate **front of house professionals** to join our team across various roles.
Our Premium Dining Venues:
La Louisiane, Tarantino's, Anchovy Bandit, Bandit Pizza and Wine
About You
- An **AQF Certificate III in Hospitality (Restaurant Front of House)** or equivalent **+ 12 months of relevant work experience**, OR
- **18 months' relevant experience** in Australia on a temporary visa, OR
- **2 years' relevant industry experience** in a comparable premium dining environment
Key Responsibilities
All roles require demonstrated capability in the following areas:
- Providing product knowledge and training (wine, spirits, food) where applicable
- Setting, arranging, and preparing tables according to service standards
- Managing Booking system and customer enquiries/special requests
- Greeting and seating guests; managing reservations with professionalism
- Presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and offering beverage pairings
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying to kitchen and bar staff
- Delivering food and drinks with precision and timeliness
- Opening wine, pouring beverages, and serving spirits and cocktails as required
- Clearing tables, resetting sections, and ensuring smooth table turnover
- Processing payments via POS and handling cash/card transactions
- Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, organised and service-ready floor
Specialised Duties (as applicable to role)
In addition to general duties, specialised staff may perform the following:
**Drink Waiter / Bar Staff / Bartender**
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Maintain cellar and bar stock rotation
- Execute beverage service with strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
**Trade Waiter**
- Execute refined service techniques including plating and carving at the table
- Coordinate service timing in multi-course dining formats
- Follow premium guest etiquette and table presentation protocols
**Sommelier / Wine Trainer**
- Curate wine pairings and offer recommendations tailored to menu offerings
- Conduct staff wine training and briefings
- Manage wine cellar organisation and wine programe in conjunction with group wine buyer
