About this Position

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be out on the road building strong relationships with our customers, helping them grow their business, and making a real impact in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute a sales plan to achieve food service sales and margin targets in your territory.
* Build strong customer relationships, protecting your base and finding opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with suppliers to bring great promotions and new products to customers.
* Identify and win new business opportunities.
* Use your sales data to plan and forecast smarter.
* Make a positive impact on health, safety, and food safety compliance every day.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in sales, or strong experience in food service/hospitality.
* High-energy communicator who loves connecting with people.
* Commercially savvy with a knack for spotting opportunities.
* Comfortable using technology (tablets, MS Office).
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage your time like a pro.
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
