Payroll Specialist
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes. This involves processing accurate and timely payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and administer payroll for employees accurately and on time.
* Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
* Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
* Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, payroll software, and applicable laws.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Xero, ADP, SAP, QuickBooks).
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
