Overview
Contribute to the Securities Enforcement practice and be involved in strategic priorities, handling vast international and cross-border insolvency matters. 3-5 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
* Regularly advise and act for voluntary administrators, receivers, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy, and secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of the insolvency and restructuring process.
* Work closely with a pre-eminent insolvency partner who has extensive international and cross-border insolvency and dispute resolution experience covering the UK, Europe, and the US.
* Provide regular advice to financial institutions and insolvency practitioners on financial exposures across many industries.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in banking and insolvency litigation.
* Experience advising financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.
* Strong understanding of insolvency and restructuring processes.
* Experience with international and cross-border insolvency matters.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with a pre‐eminent insolvency partner.
