Aspect Personnel are currently working with a council in Melbourne's West recruit a Facilities Officer for an initial 3 month contract.
As a Building Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for allocating and overseeing the delivery of building maintenance requests.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Managing contractors and service providers
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of our facilities
- Liaising with employees and visitors to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Allocation and oversight of building maintenance requests/works
- A qualification in Facilities Management, Construction or relevant experience/qualifications
- A solid understanding of Building Maintenance and/or Facilities Management
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and negotiate when necessary
- Excellent organisational, time management and customer service skills
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
