The Role
As our E-commerce Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of our E-commerce operations. You'll manage our online stores, optimise the customer journey, and collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless shopping experience. This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.
* Oversee product operations team to ensure accurate, appealing, and consistent product information.
* Coordinate product launches and technical updates with internal stakeholders.
* Conduct product pricing analysis and suggest promotional strategies based on stock and sales performance.
* Manage EDM automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) to execute targeted email campaigns.
* Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify growth opportunities
* Monitor and troubleshoot website functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Work with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
* Collaborate with customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels and resolve online order issues quickly.
* Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor traffic, conversions, and performance.
* Report regularly on KPIs including revenue, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
* Manage third-party platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
* Stay informed of E-commerce trends and best practices to continually improve strategy and execution.
Objectives of the Role
* Develop and execute E-commerce strategies that drive revenue and improve user experience.
* Manage the daily operations of our E-commerce store(s) including pricing, promotions, and inventory.
* Collaborate across departments (product, sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure streamlined operations.
* Track and analyse performance metrics to inform data-backed decision-making.
* Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
* Continuously optimise the user experience with focus on navigation, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate.
* Use data and insights to identify areas for growth and solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar E-commerce or digital marketing role.
* Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
* Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
* Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact online sales.
* Hands-on experience with paid advertising and retargeting strategies.
