* Personal care: assistance with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
* Domestic assistance: general household management, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
* In-home respite: providing care for individuals within their homes to enable carers and family members to take breaks or attend appointments.
* Community access: assisting clients with attending appointments, shopping, visiting friends and family, and participating in community activities.
* Group activities: accompanying clients to group events for social interaction, skill-building, and support.

Requirements include:

* Valid comprehensive car insurance.
* A minimum P1 license.
* A current police check (within 12 months).
* A Working With Children Check (paid employment within 12 months).
* A reliable vehicle.
* Current first aid certification.

While experience is not essential, it is highly regarded. A Certificate III or higher in a relevant field such as community services, aged care, disability support, mental health, and related areas is highly valued.

At our organization, we strive to create an inclusive and safe environment for all staff and clients. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and recognize the importance of equality, fairness, and respect in our workplace.

Experience is not essential but preferred. Qualifications include certificate III or higher in community services, aged care, disability support, mental health, and related fields. EEO welcomed and included regardless of ethnicity, faith, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity.
