The Opportunity
We are currently seeking multiple Home Care Workers to join our compassionate and dedicated team.
In this role, you’ll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a consumer-directed approach
- Helping clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
- Ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and dignity for all clients
- Responding to emergency situations using first aid
- Maintaining accurate records of client care
- Reporting any incidents or hazards
What You Will Need
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired
- Current Australian Driver's License and willing to travel
- Registered and insured vehicle
- Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in using technology
