Domestic and Family Violence Case Manager Role
The Domestic and Family Violence Service is seeking a skilled professional to provide support to individuals at risk of or experiencing domestic violence. As a CASE MANAGER, you will work independently and collaboratively with a team to facilitate the process of moving women and children towards independent and safe housing.
This role requires a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to establish positive and empowering relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for advocating on behalf of clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing case management, advocacy, and counselling services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to individuals experiencing domestic violence
- Establish positive relationships with clients and advocate on their behalf
- Facilitate the process of moving individuals towards independent and safe housing
- Collaborate with a team to achieve service goals
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Homelessness, Domestic/Family Violence, or similar positions
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
