You lead by example, promote continuous learning, and foster a culture of safety and excellence in rehabilitation care. Your commitment to improving patient outcomes is reflected in your ability to inspire others and drive best practice across the team.

You will have:

* A minimum of four years' experience in rehabilitation or acute care nursing.
* Previous education / facilitation experience is desirable, though not essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work strongly with dynamic and diverse teams.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
