Make an impact at Serco
As Senior Project Manager within the ICT Portfolio Delivery team, you'll lead the delivery of multi‐disciplined projects valued up to $5M across clinical and non‐clinical environments. You'll manage projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring scope, quality, budget and governance requirements are met. Working closely with stakeholders, vendors and executive leaders, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with hospital and contractual objectives.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple ICT projects through initiation to closure
* Lead project planning, governance, reporting and financial control
* Engage clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
* Manage project risks, issues, vendors and subcontractors
* Chair project forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups
* Support scoping, estimation and proposal development for new initiatives
* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
* Ensure contractual KPIs and quality standards are consistently met

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager within a portfolio or PMO environment
* Prince2 (or similar) project management qualification
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across executive, clinical and operational teams
* Experience working in complex, multi‐stakeholder service environments
* Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using digital collaboration tools
* The ability to produce clear, evidence‐based reporting and presentations
* A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and accountability
