We are looking for a talented IT Systems Administrator to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional business support services.
Key Responsibilities:
This role includes monitoring and maintaining Tonkin's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving system, software, and hardware issues, and providing Level 2/3 support to staff.
* Lead improvements in Helpdesk resolution times and assist with the planning and rollout of new IT projects, systems, and processes.
* Provide technical training and support to team members on internal systems and applications.
* Oversee Azure and Microsoft 365 support, maintain licensing and vendor relationships.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of network configuration, firewalls, site-to-site VPN, switching, WAN and SD-WAN, and be able to support cybersecurity practices and solutions.
