Job Title: Data and Insights Analyst
**Job Description:**

We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills to play a key role in supporting and shaping the live dashboard environment for the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP).
This is an exciting opportunity to work across delivery teams, enhance program metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations that influence strategic decisions. As a member of our team you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to refine program metrics and KPIs, define and document business requirements, ensure data accuracy and integrity.
About You:
* Proven experience in a similar Data and Insights Analyst role.
* Expertise in dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau).
* Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and techniques for data analysis and visualization.
* Experience delivering discrete project outcomes in low-complexity environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
* Excellent writing and presentation skills for management-level reporting.
* Active defence clearance or the eligibility to obtain a clearance.
