Job Description:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily personal care and mobility support to an individual living with Cerebral Palsy in their own home. Your role will involve assisting with morning routines, managing medication, monitoring seizure history, and ensuring the participant's overall wellbeing.
Daily Support Includes:
* Assistance with morning routines
* Support with meals and routine tasks
* Help with managing anxiety/frustration triggers and providing reassurance
* Monitoring seizure history and medication prompting
It is essential that you are calm, patient, and confident when working with this participant who has physical limitations and behaviours of concern.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience working with individuals with Cerebral Palsy or similar conditions
2. Ability to work 1:1 with participants who have physical limitations and behaviours of concern
3. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with service users
4. Patience and understanding when dealing with challenging situations
