What You'll Do
Lead and mentor Mine Geologists to build a high-performing team
Deliver geological models, grade control oversight, and reporting to drive mine performance
Collaborate with technical teams to optimise mining strategies and support Life of Mine planning
Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Geology and a manual driver's licence
Underground production mining experience with exposure to modelling and resource estimation
Strong communication, relationship-building skills and proficiency in Datamine, Leapfrog and Microsoft Office
