Our team culture is collaborative, high-performance, and supportive, with a strong emphasis on long term growth for our clients and our lawyers.Role Description We are seeking an Immigration Lawyer (3+ years PAE) to join our growing team in Melbourne or the Sunshine Coast.This role will involve managing a broad range of employer-sponsored and skilled migration matters, including temporary and permanent visa pathways, Labour Market Testing, nominations, and complex eligibility assessments.You will:Manage your own file load with appropriate supervisionProvide strategic migration advice to corporate and individual clientsDraft and lodge visa applications, nominations, submissions and review responsesLiaise directly with clients, employers and the DepartmentContribute to client strategy and long-term migration planningWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced in Australian migration law (minimum 3 years PAE)Has a proficiency in Spanish (preferred)Commercially minded and client-focusedOrganised and confident managing multiple mattersProactive and solution-orientedThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial practice where you will have autonomy, meaningful client contact, and genuine long-term growth potential.
