**Midwifery Leadership Role:**
We are seeking an experienced midwife to take on a key leadership role in our maternity service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the multidisciplinary MGP team and contributing to the development of best practice principles.
* This is an excellent opportunity for a midwife with strong leadership skills to make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
* You will work closely with the Maternity Unit Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the efficient and effective provision of maternity care.
* To manage and coordinate a healthcare service including change management.
* To develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated highly developed leadership skills and understanding in managing and coordinating a healthcare service.
* Demonstrated advanced interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication.
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse/Midwife.
