Our client is a South Australian-owned print and design company with a long-standing reputation for excellence. General Manager to act as the 2IC to the Managing Director and help lead the organisation to continued growth and operational excellence.

You will play a key role in driving sales performance, mentoring managers, and ensuring that the organisation continues to deliver high-quality, innovative print solutions while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring leadership, continuity and effective day-to-day management of the organisation.
* Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve growth targets and strengthen customer relationships
* Supporting managers with HR, staff development, and operational challenges
* Overseeing systems, processes, and standards to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency across departments
* Monitoring budgets, KPIs, and financial performance while balancing profitability with sustainability initiatives
* Driving innovation in client engagement, operational practices, and internal systems
* Promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications & experience
You'll be confident, well-presented, and organised with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong customer focus. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be excited about the opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking, industry-leading business.
Significant leadership experience is essential, with proven success leading sales teams, managing staff, and achieving financial results. A background in print, publishing, or a related sector is highly desirable but not essential.
