About the role

Andatech Pty Ltd is searching for an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Vermont, VIC 3133. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing key retail accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative products and services.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively manage and develop existing retail accounts to drive sales growth and maximise profitability
2. Identify and secure new retail business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts
3. Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for your assigned retail accounts
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery
5. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and product sales
6. Provide regular performance reporting and account updates to management
7. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth possibilities

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail sales account management role, preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term, profitable relationships with retail partners
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and analyse complex business challenges
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making
6. Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
7. Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
