People & Culture Lead | Strategic NDIS Transition
* Daily Rate: $750 – $790 + Super
* Duration: 4–6 Month Contract (Immediate Start)
* Location: South West Sydney / Campbelltown (Hybrid)
The Opportunity
Are you a senior People & Culture professional looking for a high-impact interim project? We are recruiting a critical, hands‐on leadership role for an Interim P&C Lead to provide operational stability and strategic continuity for a well‐regarded NDIS provider.
As the organization prepares for its next chapter, you will serve as the trusted advisor, ensuring a high‐governance environment remains seamless during a time of change. This is a rare chance to apply your NDIS/Aged Care expertise to a complex, multi‐site portfolio without the long‐term commitment of a permanent role OR to throw your hat in the ring for a temporary to permanent opportunity.
What's in it for You?
* High‐Level Influence: Direct access to the CEO and Board, acting as the principal advisor on organizational health and NDIS compliance.
* Competitive Remuneration: A premium daily rate reflecting the seniority and urgency of this remit.
* Strategic Impact: You won't just be \"keeping the seat warm\" — you will be optimizing onboarding, offboarding, and compliance structures to set the permanent successor up for success.
* Sector Leadership: Work within a diversified service portfolio (Employment, Allied Health, and Residential) that offers genuine complexity and professional challenge.
The Mission
Your primary goal is business continuity and you will lead the day‐to‐day HR operations with a focus on:
* Operational Stability: Managing the P&C team through a busy period of leave and growth.
* NDIS Compliance: Ensuring all worker screenings and practice standards are audit‐ready and beyond reproach.
* Workforce Refinement: Partnering with the Executive Team to drive a \"people‐first\" culture that balances financial sustainability with high‐quality participant outcomes.
* Leadership Coaching: Supporting middle management to elevate their capability in an evolving NDIS landscape.
What You Bring
* Sector Mastery: Minimum 5 years in senior HR leadership specifically within NDIS, Aged Care, or high‐governance Health sectors.
* IR Confidence: Deep expertise in Employment Law and the SCHADS Award.
* Agility: The ability to \"zoom out\" for strategy and \"zoom in\" for compliance and onboarding tasks.
* Credentials: Valid National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or the ability to obtain immediately).
