About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Healthcare Solution Architect with proven Health Cloud experience at an architecture level to lead the design and delivery of digital health solutions that transform patient care, streamline provider workflows, and ensure compliance with Australian healthcare regulations.
You will shape solutions that integrate Salesforce with leading EMR/EHR systems, driving digital transformation initiatives across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
* Design secure, scalable architectures aligned with FHIR, HL7, and Australian healthcare privacy standards.
* Integrate Salesforce with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) and other healthcare platforms.
* Facilitate discovery workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
* Provide governance and best practices across configuration, data models, and integrations.
* Mentor and guide consultants, developers, and fellow architects.
About You
* Proven Salesforce Health Cloud experience at an architecture level (mandatory).
* Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance frameworks, and integration standards.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
* EMR/EHR system integration (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.).
* Broader digital health transformation projects in public or private healthcare.
* Multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience + Health Cloud).
* Active involvement in Salesforce or healthcare professional communities.
