Our Building Business Unit has proudly delivered iconic facilities across Western Australia for over a decade and with more exciting projects in the pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing project-based construction team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Site Manager, you’ll be trusted to:
- Lead the daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery
- Monitor construction progress, resources, and subcontractor performance across a section of works
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials in line with the Project Management Plan
- Drive safety-first culture aligned with our “Safety is My Way” initiative
- Conduct site meetings, toolboxes, and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
- Mentor team members and maintain a high-performing, motivated crew
- Ensure project targets for time, budget, and quality are consistently achieved
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction, including delivery of projects $100M+
- Proven experience in a site supervisory or leadership role
- Track record of leading large teams and subcontractor crews
- Strong planning, reporting, and coordination capabilities
- High attention to safety, quality, and team engagement
- Sound IT, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction management (preferred)
