The Opportunity
You will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process at Warrigal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting to designing fair and inclusive interview processes and negotiating offers.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and managers.
* Manage day-to-day recruitment admin and onboarding, and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Proven experience in developing and managing end-to-end recruitment strategies, including talent mapping, sourcing, and headhunting.
* Substantial experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and targeted search.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and candidates.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to follow up on key tasks such as employment checks, documentation, and onboarding.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
