As a Senior Associate in a high-performing and growing Technology Law team, you will enjoy everything from advising on complex IT matters and major technology sourcing projects, to outsourcing and industry leading digital initiatives.

Duties
In this role you will:-
* Act as lead in the draft, review and negotiation of IT/Technology contracts
* Advise on technology procurement and outsourcing strategies
* Act as key legal advisor for digital transformation and tech-driven initiatives
* Provide guidance and advice on digital law issues (e.g. AI, cybersecurity, IP)
* Independently manage your own portfolio
* Mentor junior team members
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:-
* 6+ years PAE in IT/Technology law
(private law practice preferred, but in-house experience also considered)
* Sound skills in drafting and negotiating technology agreements, exercising strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of tech ecosystems
* Well-developed and effective communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to translate technical concepts into plain English and offer actionable legal advice
An interest in business development and willingness to mentor junior team members will be highly desirable.
