We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead at our Victoria's Secret Highpoint store.
What you'll do:
* Drive the visual presentation of the store to ensure an elevated customer experience
* Implement seasonal floorsets, window displays, and marketing updates in line with brand guidelines
* Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to execute innovative visual strategies that reflect brand DNA
* Maintain a premium and cohesive store environment that inspires and delights our customers
* Lead by example, coaching the team to deliver flawless execution of VM standards
What we're looking for:
* Strong visual merchandising experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail
* A keen eye for detail, styling, and storytelling through visuals
* Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
* Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
* A team player who inspires and motivates others through passion and creativity
