As a security guard/crowd controller at Green's Hotel, you will be at the heart of the action, ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their guests, and the talented artists who grace the decks.

Responsibilities
As a security guard/crowd controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment during our exciting events. Your responsibilities will include managing crowds, ensuring access control, and responding to security-related incidents promptly and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fun-loving, party atmosphere that values your expertise.
We understand that a work-life balance is essential, especially when working in the nightlife industry. That's why we offer flexible working hours ranging from 4 to 6 hours per shift paid at the Australian Award Saturday/Sunday Nighttime Standard. We value our employees\' time and commitment, which is why we will also consider travel allowances for eligible candidates. Whether you prefer to work to 3am or 5am, we can accommodate your availability.
Qualifications & experience
Certificate II in Security Operations Currant security license (issued in Tasmania with listed activities)
* General Guarding
* Crowd Control
First Aid - HLTFA311A
Self-motivated and positive attitude
Good Time management
Good Reading, Writing, and Numeracy skills
