The Digital Content Producer is a key role within the Goodstart Marketing, Brand & Family Services team, responsible for creating and managing high-quality digital content that engages and resonates with families and talent. This position requires a mix of creative, technical, and strategic skills to create content that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports the overall marketing goals.
Your Impact:
* Develop and execute content marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and Goodstart website
* Create and curate content, such as blog posts, videos, graphics, infographics, and other visual and written assets, that align with the brand voice, tone, and style.
* Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and subject matter experts to produce compelling and relevant content that meets the needs of the audience and supports the marketing objectives.
* Manage the content production process from ideation to publication, including research, planning, writing, editing, and proofreading.
* Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility, traffic, and engagement
* Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to inform content optimisation and future strategy.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the content.

You’ll bring to the table:
* Hold a Bachelor Qualification in Marketing/Communications/Journalism or related field
* Have 2 years plus experience in digital content production (ideally in a marketing / agency setting)
* Possess excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
* Proficient in content management systems such as WordPress and familiarity with analytic tools – Google Analytics
* Strong project management skills and be a creative / strategic thinker
