Role Overview
Reporting to Head of Property, as a Property Sales Agent you will be responsible for managing leads and closing sales to meet clients' lifestyle and investment objectives. You are proficient in selling property types, have extensive market knowledge, as well as strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture leads, referrals and current clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, in‐person meetings, and virtual appointments.
* Foster relationships that lead to increased sales and repeat business.
* Conduct engaging property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to help potential buyers make informed decisions.
* Provide comprehensive information about properties, neighbourhoods, and market trends.
* Manage a diverse pipeline of buyers, ensuring smooth progression through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
* Offer tailored advice and strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals through property investment.
* Adhere to monthly KPIs and targets.
About You
* 3+ years experience in off‐the‐plan and land/ community sales.
* Experience in managing external agents, builders, and wholesale partners.
* Market knowledge.
* An understanding of property investment and experience working with investment advisors such as accountants, financial planners or mortgage brokers.
* Proven success to close deals and deliver results.
* Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a results‐driven mindset.
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
