We now have an opportunity for a **Sales Associate** to join the Sales team to work out of our beautiful display located in **Helensvale.**

In this customer-facing role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a positive experience for all customers, providing exceptional customer service and truly respecting our customers' dreams.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:
Utilising your positive, friendly and warm personality, professional approach and strong communication skills, day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- Assisting our Sales Consultants with the sales process - answering guest's queries, providing
- relevant information to them and promoting our homes and products
- Assisting with administration and preparation of customer files for consultants and
- administration team
- Engaging, building rapport, and having fun with our guests
- Maintain the look and feel of display homes
- Providing absolute excellence in customer service
- Setting up appointments for Sales Consultants
- Taking guests for walk-throughs of our display homes
- Welcoming guests to the display centre

**Who we're looking for**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has
- Ability to develop a professional relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a retail or sales environment
- High standard of personal and professional presentation
- Highly sales-oriented with the ability to multitask and strong attention to details
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Organised, self-motivated and strongly committed to work
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service, with a can-do attitude
