About the Role
* This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WA
* Full Time, Permanent
* Supervision and direction of project team members.
* Performing quality assurance and risk management.
* Planning, executing, monitoring and closing of all works.
* Working within the project budget.
* Conducting status review meetings with project team members.
* Management of Sub-Contractors onsite.
* Ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience gained in the Perth metropolitan area managing civil subdivisions
* Possess a broad knowledge of Civil Construction activities & knowledge of industry standards.
* Show a strong dedication to maintaining and enforcing Quality Assurance and Workplace Health & Safety practices on site.
* The ability to build a positive relationship with the client, subcontractors and project team members.
* Proven leadership, management and communication skills.
* Computer literacy and well-developed verbal and written skills
* Full Drivers Licence & White Card
