We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced Senior Legal Assistant / Executive Legal Assistant to support senior leaders within a high-performing Corporate practice. This is a senior-level opportunity combining high-level EA support with end-to-end matter management, suited to a confident legal support professional who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and working closely with Partners and executives. This role will appeal to a Senior Legal Assistant, Legal Executive Assistant or Legal EA seeking exposure to complex, transactional matters and long-term career progression within a collaborative and professional environment. The Role You will provide comprehensive practice support and executive assistance, acting as a trusted right-hand to senior stakeholders and a key member of the Corporate team. Key responsibilities include: Senior-level support to Partners and senior leaders, including proactive diary, inbox, and travel management End-to-end matter management, including matter openings and closures, AML processes, engagement letters, and document control Coordinating meetings, client interactions, internal communications, and events Managing billing, invoicing, WIP, debtors, and client fee reporting Drafting and amending bills, narratives, and client correspondence High-level document production, e-filing, proofreading, and signing processes Supporting business development activities, including pitches, presentations, and client materials Using legal technology and systems to improve efficiency and streamline workflow About You You will bring: Proven experience as a Senior Legal Assistant, Executive Legal Assistant, or Legal EA within a law firm or professional services environment with billing experience Strong exposure to Corporate, Commercial, Finance, or transactional matters Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Confidence supporting senior stakeholders and engaging with high-level clients Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage competing priorities Benefits & Culture Hybrid working – 1 day working from home per week 26 weeks of gender-neutral parental leave Yearly wellness allowance and wellbeing benefits Career development pathways and ongoing learning opportunities Healthcare perks, annual performance, and salary reviews Supportive, professional, and high-calibre team environment Why Apply?
