Your Role: Lead, Guide, Grow
As the Assistant Centre Manager & Educational Leader, you will be a key driver of quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.
You will:
* Support the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations and administration
* Lead curriculum development as the Educational Leader
* Mentor, coach, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality practice
* Strengthen relationships with families and the community
* Work off the floor to guide programming and practice
* Be part of a collaborative leadership network
* Ensure learning environments feel welcoming, safe, and engaging
* Every day, you'll influence children's learning experiences—and empower educators to be their best.
What You Bring - To shine in this role, you'll have:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma (ACECQA-approved)
* Room Leader experience (Educational Leader experience is an advantage)
* Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and Education & Care Regulations
* Confident leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to coach educators and support continuous improvement
* Sound computer skills and knowledge of CCS compliance
* Experience with Xplor or OWNA (highly regarded)
* Current First Aid, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
