About The Role
We are seeking multiple Project Engineers to join our dynamic team based out of our Regents Park NSW Office, working across various project sites. The role offers a career path into project management, involving tasks such as weekly budget reporting, procurement, client liaison, labour planning, creating and implementing project documentation, QA/QC, organising work fronts, and planning work.
Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 full-time annual rate (dependent on experience).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide project support and ensure delivery of defined projects aligned with best practices, client standards, and business objectives.
2. Prepare project documentation including plans, Gantt charts, and specifications for minor projects.
3. Coordinate and monitor engineering projects, ensuring timely completion.
4. Manage project elements such as QA/QC, logistics, reporting, compliance, subcontractors, equipment, supplies, and administration.
5. Support project communication and documentation, including scheduling, budgets, and performance monitoring.
6. Collaborate daily with site supervisors, project managers, and other personnel, providing technical support.
Skills and Experience
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset remediation or civil construction.
2. Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
3. Technical knowledge in coatings, surface prep, hazardous substances management, and application processes; experience in asset remediation, infrastructure projects, blasting, painting, and concrete rehab is highly desirable.
4. NACE 1 or 2 certification preferred.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
6. Ability to meet deadlines, work within budgets, and collaborate within teams.
