Job Description:
As a key player in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the licensing team by addressing customer queries and handling administrative tasks
* Respond to customer communications and assist with quote requests, order management, and issue resolution
* Liaise with internal account managers and external partners to guarantee smooth service delivery
* Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
* Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports
