As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving objectives and proactively drive the entire lifecycle of change initiatives—from initial requirements assessment and solution architecture to successful implementation and post-launch support. Your experience with front/middle office services, a keen analytical mindset, and comprehensive knowledge of system and data flows will be crucial in translating complex client requirements into practical, value-added solutions. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapts to shifting priorities with agility, and fosters strong client relationships to ensure the seamless delivery of State Street Alpha services and products that support our clients' ongoing growth and success. Your leadership and collaborative capabilities across State Street and Charles River products and services will be essential in driving innovation and elevating client outcomes.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Interpret client requirements, orchestrate the design and delivery of tailored solutions (operational processes as well as system functionality).
Conduct thorough impact assessments to evaluate effects of proposed changes on processes and technology; ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for change.
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of operational change projects, from initial scoping, requirements elicitation, and solution design through implementation, go-live, and post-launch optimization.
Engage directly with external stakeholders to understand business goals, operational challenges, and evolving priorities.
Work with cross-functional teams to share innovative approaches, establish best practices, and enhance team capabilities for client projects.
Create and manage project plans and timelines.
Organize and conduct project status meetings, including communicating status to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with front/middle office services

Superior written and verbal communication skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above
5+ years of financial industry experience across middle office systems, services and data domains
Prior experience with client conversions or change management in the financial industry
Experience of writing and reviewing business specifications
Fluency in spoken and written English; part of a global team
