* Presentation of plans, inclusions, and variations with clarity and confidence
* Drive sales outcomes by converting inquiries into contracts
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider team
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in residential construction or property
* A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and presentation skills – able to build rapport quickly
* Familiarity with the custom home building process
* CMS and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Flexibility to work most weekends
Desirable Qualifications:
* Knowledge of local planning regulations and building codes
* Experience in custom home design or interpreting architectural plans
* A problem-solving, solution-driven mindset
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
