We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to lead a growing middle office function and drive operational excellence across a global investment business.

This role suits a seasoned middle-office professional with experience in asset management, hedge funds, or securities services, who can operate both hands-on and at a leadership level.
Responsibilities
People Management
* Lead, mentor, and develop a middle-office team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
* Manage workloads, resources, and act as the key escalation point for operational issues.
Trade Support
* Oversee trade capture, validation, confirmations, and settlements across multi-asset portfolios.
* Manage corporate actions, income events, and lifecycle events in conjunction with external providers.
* Own daily/periodic reconciliations (positions, cash, P&L, NAV).
* Resolve breaks and discrepancies with strong documentation and root-cause analysis.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in middle office/investment operations.
* Experience leading teams and owning processes.
* Strong product knowledge across fixed income, derivatives, FX (broader asset class knowledge a plus).
* Proficient with OMS/PMS platforms (e.g., Bloomberg), reconciliations, valuations, and lifecycle processes.
* Comfortable working with data and technology.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
