* Someone who can build, manage and efficiently convert their own pipeline of opportunities
* Someone with a proven track record of business development and sales skills – We are looking for hunters who chase targets and drive growth through solving customer problems
* You are curious and genuinely want to understand your customers and their businesses
* You will know the importance of building relationships fast with internal stakeholders as well as customers
* You will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in the Hive.
* Any experience in sales or account management roles is desirable
* Knowledge of property and digital marketing methods is helpful
* Advertising and online experience is desirable
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience in using CRM systems like Salesforce
* Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
* Retain customer base and revenue achieving cancellation and renewals targets
