About The School Tullawong State School is a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the western section of Caboolture, a growing regional hub situated between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Our school opened in 1993 and serves Prep to Year 6 students in a supportive environment where all learners are valued and respected. About The Role As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students. Deputise for the Principal when required. Promote socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Engage in lifelong learning and professional development. Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, community groups. Be future-oriented and strategic. Understand policies and legislation affecting the department. Manage department resources to achieve goals.
