You will be responsible for generating and closing high-value sales opportunities within Australia, focusing on institutional clients. Your role includes developing strategies to build a client base, identify new revenue sources, and ensure client alignment with OKX standards. You will also provide feedback to senior teams to enhance offerings and drive growth.What You’ll Be DoingIdentify and drive institutional sales opportunities in Australia, building a pipeline through sourcing and converting prospects, from consulting to advisory with institutional clients.Develop client profiles, identify successful cases, and replicate efforts to maximize success and marketing focus.Define and evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients.Close high-revenue, high-impact deals.Ensure prospects or clients are in good standing and pose no risk to the business.Communicate client feedback and gaps in services/products to senior management and product teams, with proposed solutions.What We Look For In YouHigh tenacity, grit, and determination.Proven sales experience with a track record of building pipelines, developing opportunities, and closing deals.Understanding of regional territory and high-value sales pipeline development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Extensive knowledge of products for institutional clients (Block Trading, Derivatives such as Perps/Futures/Options/Margin, Cash OTC).Prior experience in crypto sales, preferably on another exchange platform.Additional DetailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting
