Job Title: Receptionist (Corporate Services)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join our corporate services team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reception operations, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for visitors and callers
* Manage phone calls, visitor sign-in, mail, boardroom bookings, office supplies, and daily reception tasks
* Maintain clean, safe, and culturally welcoming reception and waiting areas
* Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
* Support coordination of maintenance, fleet vehicles, Board meetings, events, and Corporate Services activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with sensitivity when supporting Aboriginal community members
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office systems (phones, scanning, lamination, etc.)
* Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar reception or administration role

o Qualifications
o A proven knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal people and culture
o An ability to handle issues in a sensitive and appropriate manner
o Good negotiation and customer support skills
o Excellent verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience in using multi-line phone systems and various office systems (fax, scanning, lamination, etc.)
o Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently or as part of a team
* Experience:
o 2 years of experience in a similar field
