ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Kilcoy
Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Production Scheduler to deliver effective, collaborative and organisational support to the Production Supervisory team which contributes to compliant and seamless workforce practices which have a direct impact on business outcomes.
Shift times 2pm-2am
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the production team with daily staffing to optimize output.
* Prepare both planned and ad hoc reports to guide staffing and management decisions.
* Develop and maintain smooth handover processes between shifts/rosters.
* Minimize disruption to production by coordinating workforce allocation across rosters and departments.
* Ensure clear, professional communication between Production, HR, and employees.
ABOUT YOU
You will bring with you:
* Strong customer service skills with attention to detail, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in Kronos operations.
* Background in fast-paced customer service and administrative roles.
* Skilled in stakeholder management, interpersonal communication, time management, empathy, and conflict resolution.
* Demonstrated interest in further developing within Human Resources.
