About the Role
This is a part-time employment opportunity in Geelong, working with a market leader in mental health. As an EAP consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments. You will also provide high-quality counselling and crisis response support to individuals and teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience providing short-term, solutions-oriented interventions and be commercially savvy with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective. You will also need to be self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a willingness to demonstrate initiative.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality counselling and crisis response support to individuals and teams
* Assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
* Develop and implement solutions to address workplace mental health issues
