Role: Full-time Sales Representative
Probation: Period: 3 months.
Location: Sydney
Territory: Southern Sydney and Southern NSW region. (regional based applicants also invited)
Commence: Any time after 1/2/26
Renumeration: Base salary plus fully maintained company vehicle plus performance incentive up to 20% of gross annual salary.
Revenue Responsibility: Approx $2m per annum in sales
Qualification: Ideally with a year 12 HSC pass or bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of proven, successful, sales experience.
Travel: Need to travel once every 3 months within region for 3-4 nights. (all expenses covered)
Key Responsibilities:
· To service and sell the complete range of RWB Marine and Milde Marine products into every account within your territory to achieve growth in excess of our annual expectation.
· Service on an agreed schedule your customers within your existing sales territory with the objective being to increase annual spend by 10%.
· To drive sales of new products and existing products that are currently not purchased from us into our clients list of products.
· To ensure all data relating to the clients is maintained accurately and on a timely basis within our database.
· To work closely with all other employees to ensure the customer gets the best possible service from our organization.
· To ensure customer pricing is always current and updated within our system.
· To help increase the use of our online webstore by existing customers to reduce internal workloads, improve accuracy and accelerate the order to delivery timeline.
· Provide feedback to management on competitor activity and market intelligence.
· To run and monitor your dedicated sales territory reports to help focus on accounts that are uptrading and downtrading.
· To search high and low for new business opportunities within the boating, camping and RV segments and to secure new accounts on a very regular basis.
· Demonstrate and exhibit new products and samples to clients to encourage them to take on board and sell.
· To continuously learn more about the company product range, continuous knowledge growth.
· To have an interest or hobby in boating is important but not essential.
· Provide accurate and timely product feedback for new opportunities and improvement areas.
· To be professional at all times and to act with integrity and sincerity always to your colleagues, customers and suppliers.
