Join a supportive organisation where you'll have opportunities to contribute and develop your skills. As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services in the Mildura region.

You'll be responsible for providing focused home-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP). Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients' strengths, goal-directed interventions, and maximising independence and autonomy.

You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload primarily in Bendigo and surrounding areas. You will have access to regular one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead.

You are a passionate and motivated physiotherapist with excellent clinical skills, committed to continuous learning and delivering best practice. You want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem, empowering them to make choices, and achieving exceptional outcomes. You are interested in a full-time opportunity or working 4 days per week (Negotiable).

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
• The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
• Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
• Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
